Plans

What Free, Basic and Pro include, and whose plan a limit follows.

A plan belongs to an organization, not to you. How far back you can see logs and statistics follows the plan of the organization the data belongs to, never the plan of the person looking.

Build minutes a month (deploying)302001,000

Prices are in US dollars and tax may be added at checkout. Every plan, Free included, can buy credits at any time, give grants to members, and run as many modules and gateways as it likes.

Two different months. A plan's month runs from the day it started: included credits arrive when that month's invoice is paid and expire at its end, and purchased credits never expire. Fair-use RPCs and build minutes count by calendar month (UTC) and start over on the 1st.

Which organizations, and who manages it

Any organization can have a plan, your personal one or a team. Only its owner can start, change or cancel it, on Account → Organization → Subscription; every other member sees "Only the owner of … can manage its plan." On a team, the included credits join the balance its grants are funded from.

Whose plan counts

Log retention and analytics history are read from the plan of the organization the data belongs to. Looking at a Pro team's gateway, you see 90 days of it even when your own personal organization is on Free. Looking at your personal organization's analytics, you see 7.

An unpaid plan keeps its tier

When a renewal payment fails, the plan keeps its tier while the invoice is outstanding, and the Subscription page marks it Past due or Unpaid. It drops to Free only when Stripe ends the subscription. The new month's included credits arrive once that invoice is paid, and an upgrade is refused until it is. A plan whose first payment never went through (Awaiting payment) counts as Free.

Where to see the meters

  • The Subscription page shows RPCs this month and Build minutes against the plan.
  • The developer portal's Analytics page has a Fair use tab with the same RPC meter, for the active organization.
  • The deploy card on a hosted module shows Build minutes this month for the organization that owns it.
